Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: Wealthmedha sells digital credits used to run financial calculations. Because credits deliver value the moment they are used, credits are non-refundable. Duplicate or failed transactions are refunded in full.

1. What you are purchasing

Wealthmedha offers digital credit packs. Each credit lets you run one financial decision model (such as our Rent vs Buy, Property Evaluator, Term Insurance, Retirement, Returns, or Payment Plan tools). Credits are a digital good delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment.

Credits never expire. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation

Credit purchases are processed and delivered instantly. As the credits are made available to your account immediately upon payment, a purchase cannot be cancelled once completed.

You may stop using the service at any time. There is no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing — we do not auto-charge you again.

To request a refund for a duplicate or failed charge, email us at info@wealthmedha.com with:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours and, where approved, to process the refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

6. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.) via our payment gateway. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund.
