1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Wealthmedha, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Wealthmedha is — and is not

Wealthmedha provides mathematical models and calculators to help you analyse financial decisions. We are:

• A financial calculation platform — we run numbers based on inputs you provide
• Independent — we earn no commissions from any financial product, bank, insurer, or broker

We are not:

• A registered investment advisor under SEBI regulations
• A financial planner, wealth manager, or insurance advisor
• Responsible for any financial decisions you make based on our tools

3. No financial advice

All outputs from Wealthmedha's tools are for informational and illustrative purposes only. They are based entirely on the inputs you provide and the assumptions built into our models. They do not constitute:

• Investment advice
• Insurance advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product

Results are directional, not guaranteed. Real-world outcomes depend on many factors beyond any model's scope. Please verify all results with a qualified professional before acting on them.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and never expire
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
• The Unlimited plan is for individual use only — sharing login credentials is not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be sharing access commercially

5. Accuracy of calculations

We make every effort to ensure our models are mathematically correct. However:

• Results depend entirely on the accuracy of inputs you provide
• Our models use assumptions (inflation rates, return rates, etc.) that may not reflect actual future conditions
• Tax calculations are simplified and may not reflect your specific tax situation
• Market returns are not guaranteed — projections are illustrative only

6. Intellectual property

All content, models, calculations, and code on Wealthmedha are the intellectual property of Wealthmedha. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our calculation models
• Use our tools to build a competing service
• Scrape or automate access to our platform
• Remove or circumvent any access controls or protections

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the platform only for personal financial analysis
• Not attempt to circumvent the credit system
• Not misrepresent results from our tools to third parties

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthmedha and its operators shall not be liable for any financial loss, damage, or consequence arising from:

• Use of or reliance on our tools or calculations
• Inaccurate inputs provided by the user
• Changes in market conditions, tax laws, or regulations
• Technical errors or platform downtime

9. Modifications to the platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
