My credits are not updating. What do I do?
Log out and log back in — this forces a sync with our server. If the issue persists, email us with your registered email address.
I did not receive my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email us and we will manually verify your account.
The calculation result seems wrong. How do I report it?
Email us with the tool name, the inputs you used, and the result you got. We take model accuracy very seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.
Can I use Wealthmedha for my clients (CA / advisor)?
Yes. The Unlimited plan is designed for professional use. Each model run uses one credit. For volume queries or institutional access, email us directly.
